Am Ende alles in Ordnung
Leider kam zu einer Verspätung und ich muss täglich nachfragen, wie der Status ist. Nach dem zugesagten Versandtermin lieft die Kommunikation nicht optimal, da ich ca. 2 Werktage keine Antwort erhalten habe und die Ware benötigt wurde. Am Ende lief die Zustellung einwandfrei ab. Desværre var der en forsinkelse, og jeg er nødt til at tjekke status hver dag. Efter den lovede afsendelsesdato var kommunikationen ikke optimal, da jeg ikke modtog et svar i ca. 2 arbejdsdage, og varerne var nødvendige. I sidste ende gik leveringen glat.
