This shipment has been delivered directly to our customers. When the truck driver arrived, they weren't home. Upfront, we didn't receive tracking or delivery information for this shipment. That is why the truck had to wait, we needed to drive to this location AND helped unloading the goods. It is so easy to pass on information to the delivery, why don't you do it? Deze zending is rechtstreeks bij onze klanten afgeleverd. Toen de vrachtwagenchauffeur aankwam, waren ze niet thuis. Van tevoren hadden we geen tracking- of afleverinformatie ontvangen voor deze zending. Daarom moest de vrachtwagen wachten, moesten wij naar deze locatie rijden EN helpen met het uitladen van de goederen.
