Wir haben bei der Firma Raylyst einen Wechselrichter mit einer angegebenen Herstellergarantie von 5 Jahren erworben. Nach zwei Monaten Betrieb ist er ausgefallen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Goodwe-Kundendienst stellte sich heraus, dass er im Jahr 2020 hergestellt wurde und somit überhaupt nicht unter die Herstellergarantie fällt. Die Kommunikation bezüglich der Gewährleistung verläuft schleppend, doch das Schlimmste ist die Verbreitung falscher Informationen. Das Ergebnis: Unsere Anlage ist mitten in der Hochsaison seit drei Wochen außer Betrieb. Die elektrischen Anschlüsse wurden korrekt ausgeführt, die Spannungsbelastung lag nicht über 700 V, dennoch trat ein Problem mit einer verringerten Impedanz im Bereich von 2.MPPT auf.
