Da dies unsere erste Bestellung bei Solartraders war, waren wir erstmal ein wenig skeptisch. Aber es lief alles perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer und Solartraders selbst war toll. Gerne wieder. As this was our first order from Solartraders, we were a little skeptical at first. But everything went perfectly. Seller had the best price on the platform, but first invoice had a higher price. After that was corrected (took some time) and the payment was completed it still took quite a bit of time before the goods were shipped. From first inquiry to delivery was more than 3 weeks. SolarTraders supported me well in this process and the delivered product is fine, but the Deye firmware only supports Polish language, so has to be upgraded/replaced for international usage.
