Communication was great during all the process. The units were really well packed and arrived on time. Great service.

I purchased 11 pallets, 4 of which had damaged packaging. I shouldn’t have had the shipment unloaded, but on the seller’s advice, I had it unloaded—and that was a mistake. They did nothing about it, and now I’m left with 4 damaged pallets.
