Es wurde nicht der angebotene, gekaufte und berechnete WR geliefert, sondern ein Basismodell, das die für Deutschland erforderlichen AC-DC Überspannungsableiter nicht eingebaut hat. Auf der Verpackung war das nicht erkennbar, und beim Einbau war ein Stop nicht mehr möglich, da der Kunde am Tag darauf in einen 3 wöchigen Urlaub ging. Der Vorgang ist derzeit mit dem Lieferanten in Klärung. Not the offered, purchased and charged WR was delivered, but a basic model that did not have the AC-DC surge arresters required for Germany built in. This was not visible on the packaging, and during installation a stop was no longer possible, as the customer went on a 3 week vacation the following day.
